Shipping & Returns


All orders will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched the following working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Everyone loves free shipping, so we offer free standard shipping within Australia (3-10 working days).

We completely understand if you want it a little faster, in which case we offer Express shipping (1-2 working days) & signature on delivery for a flat fee of $18.

We ship overseas for a flat fee of $40 per order for standard international and $60 for express international shipping. Transit times can vary, so please check your tracking link for more details.

Any customs and duties charged are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply. If you would like to query any duties charged, please contact the customs service in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on the quality of our garments so we want nothing less than for you to love your purchases. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, we are happy to offer an exchange, refund or store credit on full priced purchases. 

We will accept returns on full priced items if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. Any items received after 14 days will not be accepted. International orders must also be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.

Discounted or Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Items must be returned in saleable condition e.g clean, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and in the original packaging (tags attached and box intact).

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. If your item is faulty please contact us at to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that each of our hand-dyed items - the Making Waves and Dip in the Ocean Slip dresses are one of a kind. The piece you receive will be a variation from the online photo. Due to the process of textile dyeing, you may see small flecks of composite colours resulting from the dye bath. For example, Indigo can produce small flecks of pink. We believe the prismic nature of our dyes is what makes our products unique and beautiful. We will not offer a refund or exchange for this item for any inconsistency arising from the hand dyeing process. 

Eligible items will be refunded once returns have been received and assessed. Refunds are automatically reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or credit card used. Depending on your payment method and credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

The total amount refunded will be minus any shipping charges including customs taxes and duties for international orders.

Exchanges are subject to size and availability and can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please email as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Email your return request to stating ‘return’ in the subject line for return details.

Please note we do not accept liability for lost returns. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Your return will be assessed and if passed will be reversed onto your original form of payment. 

Garments that are returned with signs of being worn, damaged or delivered back to us outside the 14-day return period will be sent back to the original address.
